What is Granita?
Discover a flavor surge of cool, fresh fruit! Granitas are an authentic Italian drink, a (slowly) frozen mixture of fresh fruit, water and cane sugar. Fresh, ripe fruits create natural, bold flavors; in fact, granitas must contain a minimum of 70% fresh fruit although our granitas contain upwards of 90% fresh fruit. During the freezing process, the blend is continuously mixed and crushed, which results in tiny ice crystals and makes it a cool oasis on a hot summer day.
